Solid Foundations are built upon steady grounds. This week is about practising mindfulness in order to develop self awareness and build self acceptance. Self acceptance increases wellbeing because it brings you into a more positive relationship with life.
Within the field of Positive Psychology and Neuroscience research findings have shown that happiness and productivity are greatly enhanced by one's ability to express resilience and adaptability. Constant change is one of life's biggest certainties and if we are able to skillfully navigate change through dedication to resilience and a commitment to adaptability we create fertile grounds for healing and growth. Healing and growth can come with discomfort and here we learn to work through intensity for transformation and work with our edges and boundaries but in doing so also recognising that great strength can come through surrender and yielding.
Letting go yet remaining dedicated to our path is the dance of effort and grace. Effort is essential for achieving our life goals and yet it's also important to live with ease and allow space for grace.
Flow-State is the ultimate state of human consciousness which is attained through the feat of mastery. It can be considered as intelligent alignment. It is the modus operandi when we actualise our full potential. It is the overcoming of the human condition and yet we all have the potential to access flow-state. Cultivating flow state increases wellbeing, enhance learning, creativity, productivity and happiness. This week's theme is about coming to know flow-state and feeling how it aligns us with the flow of life and allows us to open up and connect with others.
