    *If you are already a Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals, this course counts as your ‘CPD’ and you are able to then gain a certificate that enables you to gain specialist insurance to teach group and 1-2-1 women’s yoga classes and brand yourself as a womb and women wellbeing yoga teacher.


    *If you are coming from an alternative background, you will have to check whether your existing insurance policy provider accepts the certification.

Course Outcomes

By the end of the course you will:


  • Gain competence and confidence in practicing and teaching safe, effective and enjoyable womb-focused yoga classes and workshops


  • Develop a deeper appreciation and understanding of womb wisdom


  • Learn how to map Menstruality and live in cycle


  • Gain technical and applied understanding of relevant Anatomy and Physiology


  • Gain an overview of Menstrual dysfunction and various ailments and yoga therapeutics


  •  Understand Menopause and therapeutics


  • Gain an intuitive and informed understanding of why and when a practice/pose may or may not be appropriate


  • Understand and apply yogic concepts of subtle energy body so that you can practice and teach  an holistic and integrated yoga practice that serves a woman on all levels of their being.


  • Expand your ability to adapt classes to meet the needs and energies of your students


  • Enhance your skills and confidence in holding space, women circle and building a warm, welcoming community. You’ll create an atmosphere in class that invites sharing and connection, to self and others.


  • Appreciate the value of flow-state and how it can be cultivated as part of a women’s initiation into her own womb wisdom


  • Ability to offer a quality rich class experience with the techniques of breathing exercises, meditation, mudra, mantra, bandha, sankalpa, visualization and yoga nidra , Thai yoga massage and a sound bath.


  • Develop the arts of teaching yoga, including the art of verbal cueing and art of story telling.


  • Insight into how to integrate these teachings into the wider context of sea, selfless, service, yoga activism and the business of teaching
