Real flow yoga provides a complete and comprehensive approach to yoga practice with something for everyone at anytime. The real flow series is expressed as 6 heat sequences and 6 cool sequences.

 

Heat Flow Sequences

Heat flows are ‘vinyasa flow’ (breath-synchronised movement). They are inspired by classical and contemporary yoga lineages plus other movement disciplines:

Cool Flow Sequences

Cool flows are slower and offer more stillness. They are inspired by various styes and systems of practice:
